One of the things we talked about was people needing to work in &quot;surprise free environments.&quot; Only when we are willing to move into the unknown can we break new ground. If it were easy someone else would have done it.

Today I was thinking about how communities &amp; schools cut art and creative budgets first. Limited funds is the excuse, but the subliminal fact is that this is the area where non-structured discoveries can lead us to truth.</description>
